Check the ACL of the database in server with full access

Hi,
Check the ACL of the database in server with full access right.
If Enforce consistent ACL in adavcned ACL section is enabled & your name is not listed in the ACL of the database you can not use the local copy made out of that.

Create a new copy without the ACL or un-check that option then create a new copy of that database.
